How does Trolley login work?
When you log into your Trolley account, a confirmation code is sent to your registered email address. You must enter this code to complete login.
Not receiving your confirmation email?
In most cases, this happens because your Storetasker email and Trolley email do not match.
Important: The email on your Storetasker account must match the email on your Trolley account for login to work properly.
Fix this first (self-serve)
Before contacting support, follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Revert your Storetasker email
If you recently changed your email in your Storetasker dashboard, change it back to your previous email address.

Step 2: Log into Trolley
Once your emails match again, log into your Trolley account using the confirmation code.
Step 3: Update your email inside Trolley
After you are successfully logged in:

Go to your Trolley account settings

Update your email to your new preferred address

Save changes
Step 4: Update your Storetasker dashboard
Finally, update your email in your Storetasker dashboard so both systems match again.
