Clients Overview
The Clients tab in your dashboard is designed to help you manage your workflow, track projects, and communicate effectively with your clients. Below are answers to common questions about navigating and using the Clients section.
What does the main Clients view show me?
The main view is organized into sections to keep you on track:

Reminders – Alerts for:

Leads you need to close.

Missed client messages.
-
Upcoming deadlines.

Leads to Close – Leads you claimed that haven’t yet accepted a quote. You’ll also see updates like “quote sent,” “working,” missed messages, or overdue deadlines.

Active Projects – A list of all projects currently in progress.

How do I view a client?

Click on a Client tile to open the Brand Detail View.

Here, you can:

Continue communications with the client.

Access key information about the brand.

Review the status of your engagement.

What actions can I take with a client?
From the Actions menu at the bottom of the screen, you can:

Send a Quote.

Send a Text.

Send an Email.

Send a message to Storetasker HQ about the chat.

Set a reminder to follow up with the client.

What information is in the "About" tab?
The About tab (in the sidebar) provides:

Brand information and website links.

Contact details for the individuals you’re working with.

What is the "Up Next" tab?
The Up Next tab guides you through the next steps in your workflow. It updates dynamically depending on the project’s status. Examples include:

Replying to a message.

Sending, editing, updating, or resending a quote.

Marking a project complete.
How does the "Files" tab work?
The Files tab stores all documents exchanged between you and your client. This helps you quickly locate files without scrolling through your message history.
What is the "Notes" tab for?
The Notes tab allows you to write and save private notes related to a client or project. These notes are visible only to you.
How can I search communications with a client?

To search within a specific client’s communication history, open the Brand Detail View and click the magnifying glass in the top right.

How do I search across all clients and brands?

From the main Clients page, click the magnifying glass in the top right.

Use this to search all clients and brands you’ve worked with in the past.
