Understanding Client-Side Fees

For standard clients, storetasker has a 3.5% platform fee to help us maintain and improve the platform + invest more in sales and growth. This will be added to their payment, not deducted from your quote.

We’ll clearly show the “client fee” on the quote builder. Like this:

Within the client dashboard, clients will see your project quote, the platform fee, and a grand total. It may not be necessary, but please feel free to mention the grand total ($1190 in the example above).

If any client has concerns about the fee, please let the support team know! Particularly for very large engagements (>$10K)

Storetasker Pro members do not pay the 3.5% fee, it is waived.
